Up to date Association Contact Information is to ensure that league emails go to the correct people. If we do not receive contact information, the information we received previous years will stand. The league representative or primary contact person is required for any team movement and / or placement requests and will only be confirmed to the league with their representative ONLY. This will ensure that we avoid duplicating or conflicting requests for the same team. When entering in the phone numbers, just enter all the numbers, no spaces or dashes.
If you do not receive a "Thank you for your submission" message, you may have to re-enter the confirmation number again or an error may be displayed in RED. If you did not receive a copy of your submission, please check the email address you entered, then check your junk or spam folder.
