When an incident occurs, there are a few steps that must happen before our discipline team can make a ruling.
(1) Ensure a copy of the Incident Report is uploaded onto the website along with the Game Sheet.
(2) The offending player's manager must fill out and submit the online Incident Report to the NAI discipline committee.
(3) Wait for a decision before playing that player again.

You may email or text the discipline coordinator for your division to tell him you have sent it in and are playing again soon and would like to know right away.  If you email/text you MUST include the game number, the name of your team, your name and the name of your player.  At no time should you think someone will be receiving the minimum recommended suspension. The severity of the suspension depends on many factors. Please make sure the game sheet accompanies the online incident report and that an incident report is filled out for each referee write-up separately so it can get ruled on.
